Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at OBL Jewellery.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Adjustable Items: Since our rings are adjustable, they must be returned without signs of "stress" or damage caused by improper resizing.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or the confirmation email received at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons:

Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders are non-returnable.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Return Process & Exchanges
To start a return, you must contact us at obljewellery.com@gmail.com.

No Exchanges: To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item you have for a refund and making a separate purchase for the new item.

Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
We understand that you may change your mind. We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:

Standard Items: Cancellation requests must be made before the item has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it follows our standard return policy.

Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the nature of these products, cancellations are not accepted once production has started. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase to see if a cancellation is still possible.

5. Shipping & Tracking

Return Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Tracking Requirement: We strictly require the use of a trackable shipping service for all returns. If the item is not returned with a tracking number and the package is lost in transit, we will be unable to process your refund.

Value: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
