This unisex set of three architectural statement brooches draws inspiration from The Ideal City (La città ideale), a series of late 15th-century Italian Renaissance paintings celebrated for their geometric perspective. Each piece is handcrafted in my studio in Granada, Spain — the result of a meticulous study of historic masterpieces, reinterpreted into contemporary wearable art.
Designed for anyone drawn to architectural precision and Renaissance linear perspective, these brooches function as tangible conversation pieces for scholars, historians, and museum art lovers alike. In contrast to mass-produced accessories, each set carries the subtle variations of entirely manual workmanship — no two sets are exactly identical.
The wood used comes from FSC-certified suppliers as a raw material; the final product is not FSC-certified. Lightweight and highly durable when treated with care, these brooches are a lasting way to support slow fashion and sustainable commerce.
