A wearable celebration of radical abstraction and geometric purity. Inspired by Kazimir Malevich—the visionary founder of the Suprematism movement—these contemporary statement earrings bring the iconic forms of the twentieth-century avant-garde into modern design. The famous Black Cross and Black Circle are the defining art details of this mismatched pair, handcrafted from sustainable wood sourced from FSC-certified suppliers and paired with 925 sterling silver hooks. Measuring approximately 3.5 cm by 4 cm, they combine historic artistic identity with an ultra-lightweight feel for everyday comfort.
Meticulously handcrafted in the Spanish studio, every aspect of the presentation is thoughtfully curated; the earrings arrive entirely enclosed in a handmade, plastic-free designer envelope, accompanied by an educational information card detailing the life of Kazimir Severinovich Malevich (1879–1935)—a Russian artist whose concept of Suprematism sought to develop a form of expression that moved as far as possible from the world of natural forms in order to access “the supremacy of pure feeling” and spirituality. An evocative, sophisticated, and ready-to-give gift for art historians, collectors, and lovers of modernist simplicity.
