These handmade mismatched earrings are inspired by Vincent van Gogh's iconic 1889 Post-Impressionist masterpiece, The Starry Night, housed at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Each piece captures a different detail of the swirling night sky, reinterpreted as contemporary wearable art for lovers of art history and the dark academia aesthetic.
The sustainable wood pieces measure 4cm x 2cm, very lightweight to wear all day. Attached to stainless steel pearl studs at the top, with an elegant faux pearl drop at the bottom.
The wood used comes from FSC-certified suppliers as a raw material; the final product is not FSC-certified. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted in my atelier in Granada, Spain, ensuring that no two pairs are exactly identical.
Rain and atmospheric humidity do not pose a problem. Avoid wearing the jewelry in the shower, bath, swimming pool, or sea.
The earrings arrive enclosed in handmade sustainable packaging made with FSC-certified paper, created exclusively by myself. An elegant card is included inside the box, featuring a brief description of the artwork and the artist, making it ready to be given as a gift.
